The Miñana-Ayza couple created our restaurant in the 1980s in the current location. Francisco served as Maître and Juana as Chef. Today, the fruit of this marriage, Belinda, runs the restaurant with her husband Jose.
The philosophy of the Restaurant was and still is to offer the best quality product and proximity to our customers. Our gastronomy is mainly based on fresh and seasonal products.
